Better yet, post a question in the dear editors section and see if Dave has aything to say.

SamuraiJack, I don't see anything wrong with that site unless I'm missing something. They are saying their cigars are true Dominican cigars made with Cuban seed tobacco. Thats very common.
The first site listed has claimed to duplicate the "Cuban" taste in their cigars.
There is Cuban seed tobacco grown allover the world.

littoines, you right. I should have mentioned that I stumbled upon this place in Reno, intrigued by a sign that said "CUBAN CIGARS". Looks like they toned it down on their site tho.
