Had another very nice LGC Serie R #6 maduro while hanging at the local B&M today, these have really been on lately, and they're selling them like hotcakes...

An expensive $$ evening for me tonight (for no particular reason):

La Aurora Preferidos Sapphire
Camacho Liberty 12th Ammendment

The Camacho was a lot better than the Aurora. The Ammendment was a little blander than i thought it would be...

I tried one of the Consuegra Robustos I picked up at J&R earlier today, okay for the price.

Made up for it with a nice easy CAO Brazilia Gol! in the evening.

I'll play...

In my search for an inexpensive everyday cigar, tonight I will smoke a Punch Elite.

Earlier today I smoked a Padron 2000. So far the Padron is the best “cheap” cigar I’ve tried.

I enjoyed a VR Classico from '00 with a few Lagunitas IPA's after work. If I have ever smoked a cigar I would call elegant, this is it. Nice twang, leather and soft wood notes with a slightly sweet hint of flavors. Very nice.....

On the way to work this morning, a Grand Nica, thanks to Bluesky. I could get used to these travel-to-work smokes. Public transport isn't an option for me but this is definitely a good reason to drive.

Tonight, a Perdomo Silver Cameroon "D"....nicely aged and a very nice smoke..

Saul, glad you liked the Grand Nica. Its one of my favorite "under the radar" smokes from Torano, just can't come across them every day since they are made in very limited quantities, but still a very nice full flavored smoke that burns so dang good.

Elvergun, if you get a chance, try the Padron 3000 Maddy...much better flavor than the 2000, and if you can find them at a decent price, the Padron 6000's are sensational.

tonight, Arturo Fuente Opus X glass of Port. Also, Doc, where are you from in NYC. That's my native hometown. Now transplanted in Pittsburgh for job reasons, but miss the Big Apple terribly. My whole family is still there.

Yeah, I should have thought of that. Maybe if she's still mad tomorrow I'll convince myself I deserve a cuban!
