Yeah. You guys just didn't get the humor. So instead of having to explain it yet again... I just deleted it.
For the record I have no intention of leaving my country... even for a cuban cigar. And, oddly enough, I was a contributor to the re-election of Bush and other republicans.
I don't know about you guys, but I hate guys who post soemthing controversial and then back away from it or edit the post.
Yes I am abrasive, yes I dislike noobs who don't take the time to learn how things work around here, but people know where I stand and what to expect from me.
I never edit a post or shy away from matters of controversy directed at me. I just wish that John H. had done the same. I read his initial post and while I disagreed with it, I respected his view. However now I have lost that respect.

hellooo... I am sorry that none of you guys got it. That you thought I seriously would have moved to Canada to smoke Cubans. Instead of explaining myself several times I deleted the post... now maybe I shouldn't have for reference.
I came across a news article about dissatisfied democrats moving to Canada. Figured I would post it and add some sarcasm about moving there for the cubans. No one got it. Thats okay, it's not the first time.
I am hardly running from a point of view or conviction. Just ending what was supposed to be a humorous post before it got ugly.
