Hey Denver-metro-ites and Coloradans:

Have any of you been over to Stanley Pappas Cigars in Greenwood Village? It's in that strange semi-commercial area behind where Suzie-Wu's used to be.

It looks nice...wondering if it's worth the trip down there into yuppie-ville. Big Grin

I have been there. They used to be in an old train car near their currnet site which was pretty cool.

It has a nice lounge but I thought their prices were too high on premium cigars, like Anejo coronas for $21. Their Anejo 77's were over $30.

I think it is by far the best cigar store in Colorado! Yes, you can always find better prices when you shop around but I find it VERY important to support cool local businesses. If we don't, pretty soon we won't be able to smoke Anywhere classy!

It is a great place. Huge selection in the humidor. Also, drinks and snacks. The owner's daughter, Theo, will cut and light your cigar and whip you up a cappuccino to enjoy with your smoke. Great leather couches to lose yourself in. When are you planning on going? Would love to meet you for a smoke.

I've lived here for a few years and never got a chance to check that place out. Looks like I'll have to make the trip based on the recommendations here.
