PS: this is one of the pitfalls about counterfeit Cuban cigars. There's all this hype, they're out of reach of the ordinary US citizen, the average US citizen does not know what to look for and is subject to the lack of scruples of vendors they come across on line or at ports of call, and when they finally get their hands on what they think is a Cuban cigar, the smoking experience is almost invariably, "ho-hum".

I was down in Costa Rica a few years back and picked up a couple of Cuban cigars. I liked them so much I started smoking cigars again after a 20 year hiatus. Now I find that both Cuban and non-Cuban cigars are good, bad, or indifferent...gotta choose wisely.
