Does your Visa bill itemizes everything you purchase...every entre at every restaraunt, every ceral and steak from the grocery? Mine doesn't.

I don't even know why I'm arguing here...show me one prosecution of a U.S. citizen buying cuban cigars and smoking them abroad and I'll admit my ignorance on the topic.

Jag-

What makes me believe that they are in the US smoking Cuban Cigars is in some of their videos they state, "We are in the blah blah lounge in New York City smoking a Bolivar blah blah from Cuba. Sounds like they are admitting their own guilt. As a lawyer I feel like if they were prosecuted you would have a hard
time defending that...

Let me know...

Thanks and Gig'Em.

Huh...I really didn't know what made you assume that. I don't really watch the videos.

If you're concerned, suspected violations can be reported to Ofice of Foreign Assets Control's Enforcement Division at 202-622-2430. Violators face up to $250,000 in fines and 10 years in prison.

I wasn't trying to offend you or anything man. But there are videos where they admit being in NYC and smoking Cuban cigars on the video. That's what struck my interest in the first place. A review can be denied making a claim someone else reviewed it, but video evidence can't really be denied.

Obviously I'm not turning anyone in so I feel that that was a fairly stupid comment as I stated before in my first post this is for my own dumb curiousity. Though thanks for trying to answer the question.

Thanks and Gig'Em.

Why would anyone want to smoke a cuban cigar anyways? There are many great cigars coming out of legit countries.

Baseball is like church. Many attend, but few understand.

Why would anyone go 90mph on the freeway when the limit is clearly posted as 65? Smoke a few Cubans and you'll see why people flaunt the law. The only NCs that come anywhere near the smoothness, richness and complexity of good Cuban tobacco are expensive and just as difficult to find a box of as Cubans. In fact, some of the Tatuaje, DPGs, Opus X and Illusiones that are the best of what NCs have to offer are actually harder to find and more expensive than Cuban cigars are for people who know where to look.
