God choose you this morning to do his work.
Good for you Doc.

The May Day is a holiday here. And on workdays when you people in North America work, I'm already back home. And even when I work, it's 95% sitting in front of the computer, so every once a while it's good to switch gears to CA - won't let me get carried away by work too much.

A couple years ago I injured my neck at work. Severe hurniated disk. I had surgery that a year later was found not healed correctly. Every now and then I get some real pain. I had a flair up and the Doc pulled me out of work for awhile.
I'll probably be off for another month or so. It takes alot of rest and meds to keep the pain away.

I'm at work, slaving away in the salt mine. I stop by every once in awhile and check what's going on at CA whenever the guy with the whip goes to the potty.

I work from home (when I'm not travelling) so I have plenty of time during the day to pop in and look for new and interesting topics.

Warm Texas evening, comfy chair on the deck, 3 fingers of Wild Turkey, dog at my feet, and a good cigar. It doesn't get any better!

Like Joel I work from home when I am not traveling. When traveling I carry my laptop and spend the evenings in my hotel room on the forums.

Why aren't the rest of you out there producing something? Must have gnawed through the bindings, huh?

I have been writing like crazy for the last couple weeks. Nice to take a break every once in a while and come see what new bull**** has been posted.

Sorry to hear about your back -- I can relate.

i am sitting in class right now... obviously not paying any attention

Robbie

Yeah the attention factor really does not kick in until they start calling in your student loans.

im sure i will think about it then.. its the classes that arnt important that you have to take that i dont pay attention in.. or i take the time while im typing a paper, type three pages then take a quick brake and then back to typing again, kindof like im doing right now

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

I'm a shift worker..ATC. So, when all the knuckleheads want to take late flight to where-ever, I need to be there.

But it sure is nice to have time off when nobody else does!
