I have 2 cigar oasis ultras and 3 cigar oasis xl plus. I love the xl plus. The ultras seem to be a bit more flaky.

Specifically, the ultras burn through the cartridges--I've had to replace them 6 times in the 2 years that I've owned them. It seems that the humidity readings in the ultras are always incorrect, so, they are constantly running.

I would definitely buy another xl plus. I won't buy another ultra.

At what point do you decide to go electric? I would assume a cabinet humidor. But that amount of money would buy a hell of a lot of RH beads which would prevent recurring cartridge purchases.
