I'm going about picking out a hygrometer? What are the ideal features to look for in one? I know digital is the way to go, but what else should it have?
def. need to see RH as well as Temp. Most are going to be a few degrees/% off, so just make sure whenever you do get one, you take the necessary steps to calibrate it.

Sure, if you don't want your cigars over-humidified. 63-65 Rh is what you should aim for.

I'd still purchase one. Who's to say it's working? I don't think storing $1000's+ worth of cigars without an answer to the question of the humidity being where it should be is a good idea.

Those Davidoffs are expensive, easily over $1k. I'm not planning on getting one, but was curious about the self-regulating humidifiers. Daniel Marhsall humidor's also claim the same thing, as do the extensions of other Davidoff products like AVO, Griffin, etc..
