Depends on how hard core the fundamentalists are. When they took over Sudan, smoking was forbidden. In Iraq, many people smoke- and not just after suicide bombings. (Sorry, couldn't resist)
There are quite a few LCDH in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia has four. Arab Emirates has three. Lebanon has three. Israel, Iran and Jordan among other countries also have LCDHs. I don't know if any of them do mail order or would even ship if you called. I guess these Bolivars will be difficult to come by.

What is it about this particular RE that is so appealing to you?
The Bolivar Marca is quickly becoming my favorite. And when it's warm, I have plenty of time to smoke DC's so the two of them, just seems like the best combination. Other than that, there's probably a touch of "how in the Hell can I get that?!?!?" aspect to it.
I did email the main contact at the LCDH in Dubai asking if they had them in yet, how much are/will they be, and do they ship to the US.
I have a feeling that I may be way to prejudice, but I'm not so certain that ANY package coming from the Middle East would breeze through customs, so that may be a moot point.
Nonetheless, it certainly gives me a project to work on for now.
