I just now read the article on the main page, I didn't realize that James Suckling had picked a Double Lancero.. man and I thought that was a good guess.

It has to be a a new version of the Siglo.

Nothing better than a great smoke with a fine scotch.

This is sooooo great! All these new posters being involved - nothing like new blood to invogorate a place that might be perceived as a bit stale! Please - in connection with your choices and selection here, tell us about yourselves! Seems like no one has any e-mail address, or personal information...it would be great to get to know the new posters...how they came to the site, their background and experience...important stuff.

Well educated conclusion, Ron!! Excellent!

Should we then take it that in fact it is a Double Robusto?

Yes, I'm a new poster! Wasn't a cigar smoker at the 30th anniversary and I couldn't resist the challenge in the CA newsletter. Been learning about and enjoying the best cigars I can afford (and find) for 6 years. Latest purchase- a box of Tatuaje Cabinet Tainos.
My prediction- I think they're going to go pretty extreme- more than 60- like a Perdomo Parejo. I'll say 6 x 62.

Yeah bigger is better but smaller is easier to meet demand. 40th birthday...how about a 40 ring gauge. But bigger than a TPC...say 4 and a half to 5 inches or more...LONDRES!

Because pretty much everything under the sun has been guessed, I'm going to say a box-pressed corona. HA!

They really don't have to meet any demand as they are only producing 50 humi's with 50 cigars. I'm still sticking by my Double Lancero prediction.

For no other reason than to be different I'm going to say the new cigar is going to be a Perfecto along the lines of 5 x 50.....
