Also surprised no one mentioned Ramon Allones Small Club Corona for a quick smoke. It a little sweeter than the Party Short. If you have a little more time, Fonseca #1 starts very mild but builds into quite a lot of flavor.

Bass Man!!

I agree about the Fonseca No. 1's. They are quite flavorful for a mild cigar.

Not many fans of choix so far. Shorts and choix are my quick smokes.

The Monte #4 turned out to be an excellent choice - again - thanks for all the input!

Never had a SCC or Partagas Short that has done much for me... too short, too hot, but I don't really like strong cigars. If you can find the ERDM PC, give them a try. I have a cab from 98 that is absolutely wonderful... not too strong, but serious layers of flavour. These are not throwaway smokes, despite the small size and great price.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

as far as short smokes go, i like the bolivar pc, great little smoke, low price. the monte 5 wasnt mentioned, and i just wanted to mention it to say dont get it. i find the bolivar a much better alternative. the mc 5 tends to be harsher and less flavorful imo.

Noob, and a FNG to boot!

Kechke...the only thing that separates a Vegueros from a Cohiba IS one type of leaf. GOOD TOBACCO! One has it, the other one doesn't. Wink

But hey...taste is relative.
