Any recommendations for what my first H. Upmann should be? I was looking at the Sir winstons. Any thoughts?

That was my first H. Upmann; smoked it on Winston Churchill's birthday and fully enjoyed it!

Try the Con #1 they a readily available right now and they are a good entry level Upmann not going to break the bank.They are smoking good rite out of the box.

Definitely second the Connoisseur #1 recommendation. It's mild but flavorful and has wonderful construction.

They age beautifully i have a couple of boxes sitting 2 yrs.They actually become stronger a more robust with age.

Well, yes... the Mag46 is great but maybe you want to try the Corona Major first to taste the clasic H Upmann profile.

Mag 46 and Con 1 for sure. The Sir Winston's are classics, and if you have the scratch to lay down for them, absolutely go for them. But if you just want to dabble and check out some H. Upmanns, the Mag 46 (corona gorda) and Conn 1 (hermoso #4...about the size of a robusto) are great... Don't bypass the #2 (pyramid) if you find them.

Dude,

the No2s are an excellent smoke, apparently they get even better with age. i have a few restin in my humi till X-mas. IMHO, that stick was brilliant right off the bat.

nice selection. i will be ordering the Sir Winstons & the Mag 46 as well sometime this year. Keep us posted on what u think.
