I have only been to the A La Civette (close to the Louvre). Large walk-in humidor and a very good selection of cigars. I believe there is a La Casa del Habanos too but I didn't visit it.
Prices are OK and they are controlled by the goverment as far I know, so you shouldn't find any price differences.
I have been on a "Davinci Code" type haunt into Paris B&M's twice in the last year. Here's what I learned the LCDH on St Germain, doesn't exist , it's a closed door the "Drugstore" on one of the corners around the Arc de Triumph, has a huge humi, and great selection, but.... lasttime I was there they had 03 Cohiba DC's, and 04 Sublimes, and the bands were not embossed. The smelled great and looked fake. So Caveat Emptor
La Civette, has a nice little humi as well. I bought a Party 01 EL, and 03 EL there as well as an Espy and R&L El 04. but.... the 01 Party, the EL band IS embossed. I don't know if that's right or not, but I beleive that the EL embossing started in 03. so again , I am feeling a little ignorant. Prices are controlled, but by no means cheap.
There was another place I visited, also with 03 DC's non embossed EL bands. So there are fakes everywhere now. Heck, I suggest to stay with the production stuff, and grab a couple of French Regionals, Librador, RA, and Obus, and smoke up!! leave the exotic stuff on the shelf. search my name for more details on my trip henry
Another place to try is Le Lotus at 4, rue de L’Arcade. Very close to the Place de la Madeleine which is just a ten minute walk from Place de la Concorde.
They have a very small walk-in but sometimes they have older stock. Recently I found Partagas Churchill de Luxe from '98 and Juan Lopez #2 from a '02 cab.
I used to go to the Publicis Drugstore which is at the top of the Champs Elysees, close to the Arc de Triomphe. But they keep their walk-in at 83RH (according to their digital hygrometer). And a lot of their sticks have mold which they will tell you, "It is normal." But I stopped going there.
Although you can smoke on just about any "la terrasse" there are only a very few places to smoke indoors. I go to Le Cubana Café at 47 rue Vavin in the Montparnasse area one or two afteroons a week. If you don't have a membership, there is a one Euro fee for the smoking salon, or maybe it's two in the evening.
Paris never had a LCDH. Not an official one anyway. When I first came here there was a shop called LCDH. They were using the name but they were not an official franchised shop. In fact, I think Habanos S.A. took them to court over trademark isues or somthing like that. From what I understand, the French court allowed the use of the name to continue. All of which is moot because, for whatever reason, the shop is no longer there.

I am heading there is August myself and in addition to the names mentioned heard that there is a place called Georges V. Just found a review below.
Tabac George V cigar shop in Paris
Just a step away from the Champs-Elysées, on the Avenue George V, find one of the finest cigar shop of Paris: Tabac George V. Almost 30 years of experience certainly makes the difference. We appreciate in this civette ( French name for cigar shop) a very impressive stock of Cuban an not-Cuban cigars, aged and vintage cigars, Local editions and Limited editions and few hidden treasures… Mr and Miss Sermet, the owners, are just great and qualified, just start talk to them kindly and they will open their secret humidors. The place is quite small but you can take your time to choose which is very pleasant..

Yes, you could easily do a three-store cigar walk: Georges V, Boutique 22 and the Publicis Drugstore. If you're really into it, you could add a fourth shop, the Boutique Lemaire. It's on ave Victor Hugo further away from the Arc de Triomphe and on the other side of the street from Boutique 22. I haven't been in the area for a long time but I assume Lemaire is still there. For whatever reason, it's not a shop that I hear much about.
For those of you staying or sightseeing in the Montparnasse area, there is Art Tabac at Place de Catalogne. I've never been there but some of my French cigar smoking friends say they have a decent selection.
Because of the storage conditions in many of the walk-in humidors, I've pretty much stopped buying cigars in Paris except for a few singles of the Regionals and the occasional older stock as I mentioned above. Expect your cigars to be way overhumidified with Lotus and the Palais-Royal Civette (the one close to the Louvre) being the least of the offenders in my experience.
