I was in Andorra over the weekend and purchased a box of partagas culebras and a box of some h.upmann cigars... They are still in the box unopened. I got them from the la casa del habano there.

my question is, I'm now in valencia Spain until Nov. 3rd... do you all think the will be okay until I get them home in my humidor with my cigar oasis?

is there anything I can do to maintain them here?

thanks all

Jack

Put them into large zip lock Freezer bags or get a roll of cling wrap and go around the boxes about a dozen times. I do this regularly with cigars I get while in Cuba.
They will keep for a week or two like that.

Non illegitimus carborundum

Not so much any more!

You can probably pick up a mini humidor pouch at the local cigar shop, which can be filled with distilled water, and should be inserted into the zip lock bag to keep the humidity at 70%.

This will keep the cigars fresh for 60 to 90 days.

Cor: Steve, you have proven yourself to be a tremendous whack job.

The ziplock bag will do fine... is better to watch the temperature instead.
