To people who are primarily concerned with smoking cigars, their value is minimal. If you're looing to trade them for cigars, I don't think you'll have much luck.
My guess is that you be better off selling them on Ebay, and buying whatever it is that you're looking for.

I'm fairly certain Davidoff-branded cigars didn't exist until the late-60's, so they were all post-Castro. Since the line has been out of production for 17 or more years, the packaging might have more value to someone than just kindling, although I don't expect that value is very great.

I know there are crafters out there that make purses out of cigar boxes. Pics would help.
