There seems to be a lack of Dresden regulars here. Good luck.

The only thing I could sugest is The Casa del Habano in Berlin, but thats a bit further north from Dresden (194km away). That's about it. Sorry I couldn't help further.

Berlin is probably your best bet. I was in Dresden about 8 years ago, never saw one Cigar shop. I wasn't really looking at the time however. I know there are at least a few in Berlin however.

I found that there are a couple of places in Leipzig. I heading there for a day and I'll check it out.
