http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a137/Sixtydashone/trays1.jpg

i just picked up 3 wine cellars to turn into humis, and I might just have to pick up a 4th one and do the same... did you build the trays yourself or have you bought them ??

A stunning, tidy, well-organized collection. Well done. And by God to those Edmundo Dantes look tasty.

If I had to guess, they're probably box codes and dates

Yes I did. But it seems everyone else who has tried one likes them. So Ron traded a hygrometer for one of my Dantes.

Should interesting what he thinks of the Dante. The anticipation is just kill'n me.
