I did a search and didn’t come up with much so I thought id ask. Anybody familiar with where to buy Cuban cigars in Japan? More precisely near Misawa AFB? I’ve got an old military buddy stationed over there and I’m trying to steer him in the right direction.

I stayed in the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo for two months. What a joy to try all the different cigars available in a beautiful humi located in their lobby. Every morning and over the weekends all I listened to was that wonderful AM radio station from the US Air base.

Thanks for reminding me about the only good things I remember from my stay in Japan

This is the only LCDH in Japan:

Address : La Casa del Habano/ BarCuba. Aoyama LAMIA St. Building 2nd Floor, 5-13, Minami-Aoyama, Minato-Ku

Phone : +03 5467 8634

Fax : +03 5467 8634

If this is not near where you are visiting I would e-mail them and ask them for reputable shops in your area.

Any update to this? Both of the previous links seem to be outdated. I leave on Saturday for about three weeks and it's been about 12 years since I last looked for Cubans in the Tokyo area. Any help would be appreciated!

There is a new La Casa Del Habano website.
It looks quite nice.
2 locations listed for LCDH in Tokyo.

Choose "Asia" and "Japan" in the drop-downs.
