Just love these small flavorful cigars, great burn and taste, wonderful finish.

Has anyone smoked these?, and what are your thoughts?

i have had a box sitting in my cabinet for a while now..

just waiting for teh right occasion to light one up..

at a glance, they look delicious.. very dark and oily wrappers.. and they smell wondeful as well....

maybe I'll try one out this week-end.. it's funny...lately, I've had too many new cigars to try (what a great problem to have) and every time I want to light up a petit pyramid, I end up smoking something else instead....

They're one of my go to cigars in the humidor.

I've found them to be a mix of RJ and Bolivar. An earthy cigar with some herbal and bean notes, medium tobacco taste and a nice spicy finish.

My only complaint has been some construction issues, but they normally relate to the entire box, not individual sticks. If one is tight, most of them end up being tight.

If you come across a good box, it'll be good all the way through.

I have gone through 5 or more boxes over a period of 1 year, and maybe luck of the draw they all smoked well, with only one construction problem.

i actually cracked open my box and finally tried one of the petit piramides last week-end...

great cigar... very creamy... thick dense smoke... burned beautifully... no construction flaws at all.... medium finish...

i won't get into the flavour profile, as my palate wasn't clean (i had finished smoking a cohiba genios 30 min prior)..

all in all.. it was an excellent cigar, and I'll be looking forward to the next time I try one of those.. I'll post a more thorough review next time....

I have five of these resting in my singles drawer. I'm hoping to try one soon but always seem to grab a PSP2 instead.

Pretty sweet and I was wondering what those sticks are. Trying to rack my brain on what the monte EL from 03 was without cheating. Personally I would have expected the PSD1 but.... Did someone grab something new?

There seems to be some favorable opinions on this one. although I saw mixed opinions in the past. Should this be my next purchase at $265 delivered or should I pull the trigger on Monte PE's at $195?
