That's very interesting and strange though considering that C. A rates cubans all the time and they are located in the USA
strange but true. I have often thought they would be better off reviewing them, as oppossed to censoring them; But see that it could only leed to problems. There are plenty of reviews of internet vendors, keep looking, you will find them.

I may be wrong but I think C.A. is available internationally.

(a) Establish yourself on these forums, make some friends and then ask for some recommendations -- like other people who buy hard-to-find luxury items, people who collect Cuban cigars can be protective of their sources. Sometimes, even sources of non-Cuban brands like Opus X and VSG are tough to come by -- I only give mine out to very close friends.
(b) Visit the Habanos website, find the distributor in your country or the country you plan on buying in, and ask them to verify that the vendor is an authorized dealer.
Don't forget...many countries may penalize imports of Cuban cigars in cases where duties and taxes have not been paid, and U.S. citizens are breaking the law by ordering Cuban cigars. Vendors who sell to U.S. citizens aren't breaking the law...but their customers are and from time to time someone gets made an example of, though those cases are uncommon.
