My first order of Cuban cigars (Montecristo No 2) arrived today and cant wait to have one in a few weeks. I am going to attempt to post some pictures of my first order so some experienced eyes can confirm for me these are the real deal. I spent allot of time doing my home work before placing an order with what I think is a good source. I want to start ordering many more but wanted to take baby steps since I am new to this. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Peter
Have you opened them yet? You gotta open them up and inspect them, make sure nothing is broken, look at the habanos documents, etc. Also you'll probably wanna post pics of the actual cigars, and bottom of the box with the date stamp.

Nevermind,I see you have multiple pic links connected together. They look good to me, from what I can see. Your gonna have to smoke one to verify that cuban taste just to be sure.

Thanks Graham T. for looking. Everything I see looks authentic but my knowledge is limited to Internet information not experience. I enjoyed a different Cuban every night I was in the Grand Caymans and couldn't wait to find a reliable source to start my Cuban collection.

Nice. Now you can try a variety just like on vacation but from your own home. I would try a variety sampler next to see what you like before you eventually start collecting and aging boxes like a ton of us. BTW, how are you storing your box(s)?

I have a few humidors going eventually I need to get one large one. For now I put all the montecristo No 2 on the the top shelf of one of the humidors. The source I used didn't have a sampler that I wanted (not a great selection). I found some sources with great samplers that I wanted but wasn't 100% sure of the source. Peter

Sorry for the screwed up posting of the pictures guys. Took me a while to figure out. Thanks for all the feed back I have received here and by e mail it's very much appreciated. I now feel I am on the right track. Dam I'm going to need a bigger humidor. Peter
