Have had the great pleasure of smoking 3 Por Larranaga Robusto Asia Pacifico Exclusivo's featured in Cigar Aficionado (93). Absolutely Stunning! So many flavors, Very complex smoke. Will be Phenominal in 5 years when the flavors calm down a little bit and it becomes more refined. A must smoke. Very rare too. This Cigar was made to be aged. They have 6 of the 20 boxes available to Canada in Edmonton at La Tienda Cigars! 8426 109th st Edmonton.

I would be more than happy to give anyone on this board the name and website address of a number of reputable retailers who will sell cheaper than djcerwyn and also respect the rules of this Forum.
You guys are jerks, I am not the owner of LTC! I just work there, I just thought that people around here would like to know where to find ones as they are rare to canada. I did respect the rules of the forum as it is a brick and mortar store in edmonton, they do not do on line sales of anykind! Why do you have to bully people? and what the hell is wrong with the quote?

You are still a dick, as the site clearly has an on-line contact and order form for foreign buyers.
Please explain that really awkward tag line. Are you saying that while you smoke cigarettes someone else is screwing your wife, while you are screwing a cigar?

These cigars are exclusive to the Asian market. They shouldn't be available for sale in Canada. I think the Asian distributor, Pacific cigars, might be a bit miffed that they are being sold outside their market. Are you sure they're real?

I will assume they are real. Pacific Cigar owns the Canadian distributors of Cuban cigars, thus some Asian regional cigars do make their way into the Canadian market. For example, in addition to the Por Robusto, the Ramon Allones Estupendo has also been made available to Canadian smokers.

They Are? huh, i always wondered what Asia Pacifico meant, and when they said that these cigars were regional releases for different parts of the world. who would have thought it meant for sale in asia. weird.

As I'm sure many of you know, this is not the only example of regional cigar stocks being traded cross-continent between dealers. One fellow in the UK comes to mind immediately, offering at least a half-dozen different regionals. I can't bring myself to pay those UK prices, though!

Guys, that was a little joke that I was attempting to play on the original poster, just to see what his response would be. Perhaps my sarcasm was too thinly veiled. The joke...it's ruined.
I'm aware of the practice...however, it is of course less expensive to purchase them from the original and intended marketing area. And in this day and age of the internet, it makes sense to just get them where they originated to avoid the markup.

thanks for the appology Steve, The quote means, Smoking cigaretes are like someone have sex with your wife, while smoking a cigar is like making love to her. Just a comparison between the horrible experience of smoking cigarettes vs Cigars. as for the Regionals, there are exchanges between diffrent distributors, we (Canada)send them 20 boxes of our Regional edditions (Bolivar) and they give us 20 from their supply. They are very much real and the are increadable.
as well all there is is a contact page, there is no order form at all, and for orders we can only ship inside the province of Alberta, as our tobacco laws strictly lay out. as well if you read the Admin's post it says "websites" as you can see I did NOT post the website, you would have had to go look for it. I did nothing wrong. So really you are the Dick for accusing me before you even know the rules.
