Thoughts???????? Really good prices on these right now. Would love some background on these. I've done a search and seen people on here suggest them but as far as a review from members I've struck out. I saw good reviews on the top25cigar.com database but that's usually hit or miss. Thanks

Tanks buuuuddy. I've seen that site before but they only let me look at like 5 reviews and then said I had to register. For some reason it got me heated so I never went back. That gives me a bit more insight. Very affordable for a good quality CC I'd say. If it lives up to the hype I'll probably have some of these on hand just for the simple fact of affordability.

No problemo!! You're right, as an unregistered guest, that site allows like 10 or 15 clicks/day on reviews. I've never had a super-partagas, but I'm sure you'll hear from those who have tried em.

It seams like I have smoked more of these than any other single cigar. I have smoked them for years and these are among the first and only cigars I purchased when new to Habanos. They are still a staple in my rotation. The last box I got was 07 and is by far the best yet. The value of these sticks are unbeatable. Taste; white and black pepper, subtle earthy leathery core. Mild grassy edge to them and I sometimes taste a hint of an orange peel taste. Over all, solid Partagas Taste. Construction is great and the draw is always perfect. This cigar is over looked and underated. Again, the 07 production(no surprise) is fantastic. Never smoked any with to much age (more than a year or so), as this smoke is great young.

OK so I'd guess it's a safe purchase and if I don't like them I can unload them on you Big Grin The big draw for me was the price. I've had the churchills deluxe and a couple others although I forget which ones and enjoyed them so this should be much of the same pleasure. Thanks and keep em coming.

Don't be fooled by the low price. I enjoy this small slow burning cigar as part of my rotation. It has a distinctive smoky flavor with some spice. If smoked slowly it should last close to 1 hour. Usually very well made with no burn or draw issues. Recent production lend toward a 42 ring gage.
