Where are you? We don't know where in the world you are; so we really can't tell you.

Regardless of where you are, this is one piece of advice that everyone should heed: do not fly Cubana Airlines. Choose another carrier. I flew it once and vowed to never do it again.

Im in Jamaica, I know Air J has flights but its pretty expensive, I can get Extremely cheap flights to the states. I could take a flight from Florida... so i'm wondering what the deals are like from that side of the world??

Thanks

Well, you obviously have an internet connection, why not search for flights from Miami and see what they cost? I doubt you'll find many, though. You'd probably have to fly out of Mexico or Canada.

If you want to go through Miami, then a connection through Cancun or Nassau would probably be your cheapest option. The direct flights from Miami to Havana are fewer and farther between than they used to be and may be difficult to book. I would think a direct flight from Jamaica to Havana would be cheaper than making all those connections and it would definitely take less travel time.

Phrasty, I'm a Jamaican now living in Toronto.

I have visited Cuba on five occasions. From the bits of info I have, the flight to Cuba is not much cheaper (if any cheaper) from Jamaica than it is from Toronto. It makes no sense at all because as most people know Jamaica is only approx. 90 miles from Cuba.

It looks like you may have to bite the bullet and go Air Jamaica.

Cho! Dem tief yu see! Mad

Check this site: http://www.cubasun.net/cancunhavana.html

Shows round trip airfare between Cancun and Havana to be $289 U.S. Try the link to find fares from other Mexican locations.
