Most of the Cohiba line has a flat top, not rounded, with the exception being the Piramides.

Is that white peaking out on the bottom of the band? If so, that's not a good sign. Does it smell Cuban?

looking quickly at the pics I agree. that's the only thing that stands out as questionable.

I will third this. However I suspect it may just be the illusion of converging verticals on the photo. Everything else looks good.

The real question is how did you aquire them?
If you bought them from a reputable place then you have nothing to worry about. If you got them from a friend of a friend, probably not true Cohibas.
Even if the band is legit it doesn't mean the cigar is.
Hope this helps a little.

They appear to be a little too narrow in my opinion. Also as previously stated, there is a little white at the bottom of the lable... Thats is never a good sign.

Its mostly about the place you accuried them.
Running off of the information i have i don't think there real. Sry

The white at the bottom of the label appears to be result of bad focus of the pic. On the other picture in focus there is no such thing.

Pictures are deceptive, especially of this quality. Even the masterpieces of photography won't tell you 100% if it's real. They can, in some cases help tell the fakes.

So, I'd repeat what Johnnie said - the only way to make sure you're getting the real stuff is know your source (but don't post it here unless it's a B&M).
The other way is fire one up and you can tell it if you have many years of CC smoking experience. But that's not fool-proof either, because there are some good fakes out there made of actual Cuban tobacco.

Thank you for the feedback. There is no white around the bottom of the label. Would someone e-mail to confirm a source please?

Maybe it's the angle of the picture, but the squares on the band seem to be getting smaller as they get further from the center of the band. If so, they are fake. Should all be the same size.

The heads of the cigars look a bit too rounded. Then again the torcedor could have been feeling lucky that day. How about smoking them and reporting how they taste.

at least ring looks fine, cheap countefits usually use double print for golden letters to simulate real ones.
I agree you had to smoke one to decide

Yea Flea,

Your cigars have better constructed caps.

BTW: you should reduce the size of your avatar image from 640 x 360 to @ 47 x 32 pixels

A little jarring to read your posts as the image comes in at 640 and then shrinks down to 47 pixels.

The heads of the cigars appear to be not just be narrow, but maybe tapered a bit? Is that the way they actually look?
