The real question is how did you aquire them? If you bought them from a reputable place then you have nothing to worry about. If you got them from a friend of a friend, probably not true Cohibas. Even if the band is legit it doesn't mean the cigar is. Hope this helps a little.
"Here's the deal. I'm the best there is, plain and simple. I wake up in the morning and I piss excellence." Ricky Bobby
They appear to be a little too narrow in my opinion. Also as previously stated, there is a little white at the bottom of the lable... Thats is never a good sign.
Its mostly about the place you accuried them. Running off of the information i have i don't think there real. Sry
The white at the bottom of the label appears to be result of bad focus of the pic. On the other picture in focus there is no such thing.
Pictures are deceptive, especially of this quality. Even the masterpieces of photography won't tell you 100% if it's real. They can, in some cases help tell the fakes.
So, I'd repeat what Johnnie said - the only way to make sure you're getting the real stuff is know your source (but don't post it here unless it's a B&M). The other way is fire one up and you can tell it if you have many years of CC smoking experience. But that's not fool-proof either, because there are some good fakes out there made of actual Cuban tobacco.

Maybe it's the angle of the picture, but the squares on the band seem to be getting smaller as they get further from the center of the band. If so, they are fake. Should all be the same size.

Mom: "Twenty dollars for a cigar?!?! Why don't you just set fire to a $20 bill?"
Response: "Get a $20 bill to taste like a Davidoff and I'll light my entire paycheck on fire!"

The heads of the cigars look a bit too rounded. Then again the torcedor could have been feeling lucky that day. How about smoking them and reporting how they taste.
