Hugo 'Mini-Me' Chavez is at it again - the State is going to fine any telecommunications providers in Venezuela for airing "Family Guy" because, among other things, the show promotes the use of marijuana. Sure. A caricature of a cartoon figure actually to be taken seriously enough to affect a country's moral views. Oh yeah? Well what is their stance on 'Family Guy'?

Ohhh, I get it now. Even though it's Hugo Chavez who is the mere caricature of a cartoon figure who hopes to win over the hearts and minds of Venezuelans, they're talking about the TV show.
