I'm traveling to a LCDH in a few weeks and only have enough $$ for 1 box. I haven't had the pleasure to try any of the CC's discussed here with the exception of PSD4, which I loved. I am leaning towards the Cuaba LE Piramides. If you could only get one box, which would it be?

Depends on $...

For reg production the RASS, PSD4s, and Monti 2s are staples, but haven't had experience (yet) with RE/ELs. All depends on what the place has

Just out of curiosity what LCDH are you visiting? I love the PSD4 as well but seeing as you have already triesd it I would go with Trini reyes,Cohiba Sig VI(just because of the fact you are going to an LCDH and they are less likely to be fakes) Cohiba has a high instance of counterfiet cigars. I would go there first and smoke several different ones before settling on a box that way you get wht you like not what someone else may prefer.

If you like the robusto size, go for either:
- Juan Lopez Seleccion #2
- Ramon Allones Specially Selected
- Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill

Any of them should be satisfying. My personnal order of preference would be: RyJSS, JL2, RASS.

BTW, which LCDH are you going to?

If you are a newbie and anxious to maximize your value, you should consider 10ct boxes, such as the R&J Short Churchill or the PSD#4. There are others and they usually travel well.

If you want something a bit off-beat the Cuaba fit the description. These are tasty treat, and a bit of a novelty.

Cheers

If you are going to a lcdh and you haven't tried a lot of different cigars then i would just pick out a bunch of different ones. I would get 2 of each one because its hard to judge a cigar after just one.

We have plenty of LCDC (La Casa Del Crack) around here. Seriously though Colombia is one of the best countries I've ever been to, the people are the nicest you'll ever meet. And they are also some of the most anti-drug people you will ever meet due to what coke has done to their country. It's funny, every time you meet a Colombian and they see that you are American, they always begin with saying that the movies aren't true, that their country isn't like that. And they're right. They're very unhappy with their country's international reputation.

BTW, thanks everyone for your responses. From the pictures on the website it looked like they only sold boxes (hence the question), but maybe they do have singles. I just want to maximize my opportunity.
