I was surprised to find this cigar stronger than the Siglo VI.About half way into it I thought it was going to be as strong as the Partagas Luci, but it mellowed a bit and caused burnt fingers. For a Robusto, this is a masive cigar.I like em, but couldn't smoke one every day.

I think you'll find all Siglo's mild by comparison to the linea clasica Cohibas. That was the intention in their introduction, I believe.

Just finished an 04 about an hour ago and I'm still feeling a buzz. These are definitely not your everyday cigar. I'll save these for those evenings when I have time and a good glass of Maker's Mark to enjoy them with. I'm with you on the burned fingers too. Could have used a roach clip for this one, I just didn't want to put it down.

I love these cigars as everyday smokes. Look for the MKo box code. I had one tonight that was out of this world. I am partial to the EL Laguito factory.

Just came across this again today. I didn't remember where I read it at the time but in "Cultivating a Tradition of Perfection - An Enthusiast's Guide to Habanos" (a Habanos SA publication) there is a chart on page 55 that lists the "flavors" of the cigar brands and their general availability around the world.

Cohiba: Linea Clasica is listed as "Medium to Full" and Cohiba: Linea 1492 is shown one shade lighter in the chart as "Medium". So I guess it's all a matter of taste and what you like as they appear quite close in strength by design.

Siglo VI is not a strong one. HK LCDH also told me about this.
