My guess is it dies with fewer votes than previous recent efforts.
There has been no lynchpin in Castro/Cuba's favor since the last one, and conversely Castro is often named as one of Hugo Chavez's 'mentors'. So, as the odor coming out of Venezuela continues to gain stink, this will certainly not bode well for any hopes of doing away with our current trade and travel restrictions. Just my opinion.
