Had not smoked any of these in a while, and I have to say they have mellowed down quite a bit, the first ones I smoked 2 years ago gave me the worst headache, but now you can really taste the difference.

Had one for lunch, excelent draw, excelent taste, that strong tar taste is gone, and I even got some complements from the table next to us.

Id did go out at the end, but thats becuase the humidity in Mexico City is at 80%.

It burned straight all the way, and the ash was white as can be.

I was very pleased with this one, since its seems they are aging very well, I only wished the Partagas Serie D #3 EL would start smoking as good.

A very nice cigar and I'm grateful to have tried one given to me during a visit to Virginia, last year. Very flavorful and potent if I recall correctly. I can only imagine how much better they are with additional age.

Interesting coincidence RH....I pulled one of mine out tonight nearly 2 years after the last one I smoked.Definitely different to how I remember the first few.I felt that there was originally a bitterness that has now given way to some wonderful fruity flavours.I would also agree with Hard Ash in that this cigar is much more potent than you think it's going to be.I had a nice rush on earlier but then I haven't smoked much just recently so who knows?.

We're going to need a bigger boat.

Strongest cuban cigar I ever smoked. I am not even going to try one this month after hearing how they are coming along. I need my head to work.
