"Just about sold out?"

I think it's more like constrained in their release. I was in Amsterdam last weekend and asked the guy at Hajenius, a famous and respected retailer there, when he was getting his distribution. He said next month.

Next month.

Hajenius.

Shanken himself has a locker there and they haven't even gotten their allottment.

You guys gotta calm down. You're killing yourselves with this mania. There are 5000 boxes at really high prices. It's a really small market, but nthey ain't disappearing overnight. They ain't getting any cheaper with everyone going crazy on cigar boards.

And next year's Gran Behike Limited Regional Reserva Avelino Lara Memorial Edition will continue along the same trajectory.

Relax guys.

ive seen them price for single no less than a $100+. Someone on another thread saw a single sold at $90.. Either way thats still a lot of $$ for one single stick but, maybe not for some I saw someone post that they paid $100 for a single stick RyJ carnival looking cigar..

As much as I would love to try a "100 point cigar," there is no way I can afford to shell out that kinda money for one stick. Geez I could get the better part of a decent box for that! Being in college certainly doesn't help though Wink

At $100 per stick it would have to be ten times better than a good $10 smoke. I don't personally believe that's possible for me so I'll take a pass on these.

when you find out what you would pay for them in Cuba compared to here then that would make you a little sick to the stomach. But the cigar is well worth it and i am a fan of all the Cohiba, more around the early 2000's era. But the Siglo VI is an amazing and beautiful cigar too and you feel like drinking the box. They went fast for me and wow what a great cigar.

Next time see how long it takes you to get angry, then when you do...realize you just wasted all the time before just that moment.
