Silver_wagon, not too many cigar stores in Korea, and most of the reputable stores are in 5 star hotels. The Intercontinental next to COEX has one of the bigger stores while the Westin near MyongDong has a shop also. Prices are high, but you can find some unique items. I found the Hoyo Particulare's EL2001 (1 in each wooden coffin box) for about $40 each. Stiff price, but these (authentic) are near impossible to find now.

i am also in south Korea right now... home of the most counterfietted stuff you could imagine.

a co-worker of mine stayed down in seoul where the old LCDH was at, but it's NOT an LCDH, but privately owned.
his reply, "way overpriced".

good luck finding any that are legit and reasonably priced. i just saw some Bolivar Royal Coronas for $16 each!!??

where i'm at by Camp Casey, there's a few shops that sell them, or what they claim to be cuban cigars, and all of them are too expensive, none are taken care of, and i doubt that they're real.
when you consider buying a $20 "rolex" in the same store, do you think you're buying a real cuban cigar from a glass display case with no humidification.

i'm stuck here for another week and am now down to 2 cigars in my travel humi (i need to get a bigger one - hold only 15)...

not saying there's nowhere to buy them, but be careful... i'd go to that place in Seoul if you have to, but beware that you'll overpay.

Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.
