Try Gimeno in Barcelona. http://www.barcelona.com/barcelona_directory/shops/gimeno There is a link to their website on the above link as well, their own site does not have as many pictures. They don't ship or even advertise prices. Laeitano in Barcelona also gets reviewed well, I haven't bought there myself. I think you would have an easier time finding Gimenos though. It's on the Ramblas, one of the main tourist streets in the city and quite near the port. Athens has a couple La Casa Del Habano's... the official retailer for Habanos.
in Palermo, 2 very good places: 1 located in VIA EMERICO AMARI (walk in humi) and the other in VIA GALILEO GALILEI (walk in, wines, champagnes, rhums etc. etc)
