Yesterday night I received my Salomones that I had ordered, I recieved 50 Salomones #1, (I had asked for 25 Salomones #1 and 25 Salomones #2) But for some reason they are all Salomones #1, I was a little dissapointed since I wanted for my collection some Salomones #2, since the #1 are the same size as the Cuaba Salomones you get in the 10 box.
I also recieved 2 boxes of Cuaba Diademas, quite expensive I might say, 115 dlls for a box of 5, and one bundle of 25 Robustos home blend, sent by Abel.
The Salomones #1 were made by no other than La China, she told my friends daughter "Tell Roberto that I made these like if they were for my own husband" they are very dark and oily, only like 4 of them are a little pale and green, but the rest are very dark.
The Robustos look quite nice as well, not that dark, and they are supposed to be a special house blend.
I had asked for the Festival Habanos 2005 Cigars, but I did not get them, Dont know why, all I know is that Abel said that they had not come out yet.
I will try to call Abel today, to thank him, and also to see if he like the bottle of tequila.
The Salomones look excelent, I think I will let them age a couple of months before I try the first one, they look like they will age perfectly,
