I am a big fan of the bolivar petite coronas, but I have never smoked a bolivar corona or corona extra. Will I be disapointed? I know the petite corona is a hard cigar to beat. Anyone had any luck with 04 and 05 box dates of the bolivar coronas and coronas extras?

I do enjoy the Coronas Extras... but all my stock are older than 04 or 05. Never had one older than 4 years so I can´t tell. For sure the 04 and 05 are good or maybe better than other years.
I dont think that you will be disapointed...

The corona extra is my favorite everday cigar. A very fine cigar in taste and construction and one that never disappoints. Haven't had any of the '05s but I just purchased a cab of '00s that are very nice.

Highly recommended.

I've been very pleased with the 04 Coronas Extra, but for value, you really can't beat those PCs.

I wouldn't worry about the 04 or 05's. Bolivars are an elegant smoke no matter what the age...

The Boli PC's are hard to beat in value. You should try the Boli Beli Fino's!

I love the BBF have two boxes from sep 04 right now and they smoke great- spicy, complex and powerful as hell. Definately a smoke after a big meal. Is the flavor profile of the CE more like the PC or the BBF?

I always seem to get tight rolls (or too much humidity) in many of my CEs but still like them. The pcs are great. Just smoked a churchill in tubo from 00 that was wonderful.

Have some CEs from 02 that are real nice. Gotta be in right frame of mind to smoke Bolis bigger than a PC (for me). They have so much going on, combined with strength, it takes some concentration to really get the most out of them. Only times I've been disappointed is when I'm kinda rushed.

PC and C similar...CE has more gusto and depth. love it. i don't know if i'd compared it to BF...i mean they all have boli flavor but all have slight differences.

I'd put PC and C in same class, CE by itself and BF by itself. but all awesome.
