The only way to effectively cure a slice is with a real Pro lessons and thousands of repeated swings.

Golf Digest et al have been running "How to cure a slice" articles almost monthly for decades now. There's as many differing approaches as there are unique golf swings.

9 holes today, very good overall. I only sliced a couple of shots and they were the mild slice, not the severe killer one.

j/k. I always have a fade. Once in a while I slice the ball. I'm pretty much resigned to the fact that the slice is going to rear it's ugly head once and a while.

It sounds like one of the tips or a couple together are working for you...keep it up Lucky. In my experience the game is more fun the better you get, as long as you don't let yourself get overly critical on yourself...which I have a tendency to do every now and again. The important thing is to keep a positive/optimistic attitude and HAVE FUN!

where are the hips..fire the hips quickly and you'll start to hit some dead pulls,on an open course you'll get away with it with some really long drives, once you develop the proper timing with the hips and the hands the slice will go away,of course this takes time and practice and proper equipment, but it's all in the legs and hips, you could try a driver that has an offset or draw bias, they all make them now, a cobra with 12* loft and offset should show instant improvemnet, throw in a golf ball with low spin and play the red tees and u should be golden.gl
