im heading to Vegas in a couple weeks and wanted to take my clubs, anyone know about how much it is on the airlines to check these on?

mine weigh about 30 pounds and it will be in a hard shelled travel case.

Depending on what else you are bringing on, I think its no charge. At least, I've never been charged.

Counts as checked baggage. You are allowed two checked bags.

Your allowed 2 checked bags each under 50lbs. Going over 50lbs will result in a fee, which varries from airline to airline.

A side note, if there is any damage to your clubs, most airlines will not pay for the damage unless your using a ClubGlove brand bag.

I thought this was a question about a situation that Larry David found himself in during a "Curb Your Enthusiasm" episode. Larry attends a funeral and notices that the deceased was buried with what turned out to be Larry's favorite golf club that he let the person borrow. I don't know...if there's golf in the afterlife, I'm sure I'd be hitting a set of 1969 Wilson Staff irons as sweet as can be. Well, assuming I'd be heading in that direction.
