Biggest Shock: Rory McIlroy! The irish teenager advances to the second round. Kudos!

Oh!! And some guy named Woods comes back after surgery and wins his match.

I'm heading out to the Ritz tomorrow to watch the matches. Should be a great day for golf!

i love to watch match play golf because its all right there without regard to what the other eighty or so players are shooting

Can't believe tiger got beat. Clark played great, Tiger was just a little rusty i think, didn't make enough birdies. My guy is Villegas now.....

yeah, except when one guy goes three or so holes up early, then it's hard for me to focus

but when the match is all square, then every shot is interesting

i liked ogilvy's caddie taking account of casey's lie on one of the holes - you won't see that in stroke/medal play
