My local shop got three or four boxes in yesterday. I have never liked CAO so I didn't bother to try one ($12.40/stick). The box is a piece of work. It is actually a small humidor (no idea how effective) with a built in digital hygometer. The bluish light is powered by a battery (which is included). The effect (on me at least) was "they're trying too hard."

I also have never had a bad CAO. Only bad experience I had was at a tasting at a local smoke shop. I was a bit dissappointed. I have been a very loyal Cao smoker...Reccomend them highly. In this They had samples and would give one free cigar for every 5 that you bought from store. Well let me tell you that is not the way to get me to try your cigars. They had some other giveaways, hats, humi, and some other things.. The only way i would have a chance at that was if i paid $75 for a dinner that night. I am ok with that, only problem is the the web site and conversation i had with the CAO folks said there would be samples and giveaways for all... felt kinda pushed out since i didn't belong to that smoke shop.... the shop I am a member sells cao but never had the smoke give away.... all in all it was a crappy night....

Stopped by a local shop last night. The "tobacconist" told me they were delayed another month.

That's a load off...we're safe for another 30 days. Of course, I heard a rumor CAO is coming out with the best cigar EVER! It's called the CXM. Same crappy cigar as the CX2 but its packed inside a Lamborghini Murcelago with wraparound neon CAO logos, the likeness of Cano Ozenger embroidered into the Connoly leather headrests and a price of $350,000. You guys should jump all over that if it ever comes to market. It's over 1000 times the price of the Vision so it must be the best cigar ever.

If these cigars are being made at the Aurora factory, I think I'll stick with the Cien Anos instead.

I still haven't tried all of the other cao's. I think I will try those first. Then try one with neon lights.

I just like cigars, is that ok?

The shop I go to just got in 3 boxes of CAO visions two days ago. I tried an epiphany the day they arrived. It's was an increadible smoke. Top 25's description of it having an indescribable flavor that just keeps getting better as you smoke it is accurate. It was so good, I went back the next day and bought the entire box.

I don't really care about the packaging (although it is nice to have a box that doubles as a humidor), but cigar is definately worth it.

A bit off topic, but Holts does have some Coronado samplers available right now if you call them.
