I found the Naturals which are h2000 I belive to be somewhat bitter but mine are older from back in the first release when this was a common occurance with H2000 . The Maduro version to me is standard fair earthy, coffee, tones with a bit of a kick but not strong.

OMG...my box arrived and tried my first one. It was like trying to suck an olive through a straw. I will give it another try, but I agree with you Stogie, this particular stick had some sever construction problems. One down...19 to go.
If you got them from JR's Im sure their overhumidified, let them sit for 3 or 4 weeks before you even think about picking up another if thats the case. Jr's cigars ship very wet most of the time.

I don't have anymore construction problems with Mancinis than I do with any other so-called "premium" cigar. I keep my cigars at 65% which helps. I think it's all perception; If an expensive cigar is plugged, it must be a solitary klinker, but if an inexspensive cigar is plugged, they all must be poorly constructed.
I like the DeGaulles and Magic Mountains the best, mad or natural. I think they are great for the $$$.

My whole box d@mn near burnt poorly but no Plugged ones. Lots or runners, unevenburns, hollow spots, poor burning all around and it was the construction not the way I stored them. Maybe I got a bad box, who knows.

Yep, from JR's. I'll let it sit for awhile to balance out the humidity from their storage facilities. Might as well give it another try before jumping the gun. Thx.

They do have a tendency to burn uneven, but that is one of the traits of the Havana 2k wrapper. It is a hardy plant that resists disease, produces wrappers that are gorgeous, yet burn for sh*t. Some manufacturers have turned away from this wrapper for that reason. I believe the natural is H2K and the mads are CR.
I find that a little touch up now and then is worth the price. Also age seems to help. I smoked some MM's that were part of a sampler from...I can't even remember when! (JR's 4 MM nat and 4 MM mad) They were covered in plume and smoked like a dream. Burnt very even and the ash was a little less flakey than usual.
