can anyone give me some info on these smokes? I seen them at J.R`s for an unbeliveable price of 75 for $75.00. I like the deal they have but dont want to spend the $75 until I know a little more about them. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL
In another life I smoked some of these. They are bad, but new people to the hobby of cigars tend to smoke a lot of bad cigars and I sure did.
If price is that important, I would suggest you go to cigarbid.com aka "the devil site" and find deals there. Be careful to know what you are bidding on, pay attention to the size of the cigar, research them to determine real MSRP, and don't chase the auction. The same items will reappear over and over. You'll be amazing what you can smoke for a buck or two if your careful.
I no longer visit the devil site, as my interests have evolved to products not offered there.

a few months ago i purchased a bundle from Thompson cigar because they seemed like a good cigar for cheap.($27.99 for 25 cigars)if i could undo the purchase i would.the cigars aren't good even for a cheap cigar and the people from Thompson cigar are annoying. They called me about eight times in two weeks after my purchase, while i was researching and with patients ect,to ask all kinds of annoying questions and they even enrolled me in their "cigar of the month club" after i specifically said no thanks. The last time they called I had to be rude and didn't want to be,but the calls wouldn't stop.Like an ex that won't take the hint and move on.Anyways save yourself the money and headache and if you want good AND cheap cigars i recommend Famous smoke shop's "famous honduran blend or famous nicaraguan blend.
Don't know of any in Oxford, but I'll ask around. Memphis is probably your best bet. Try Tobacco Corner Limited, Cigar Depot and the Tobacco Bowl which are all in Memphis.
Thanks, but unfortunately I am probably not going to get to drive around Memphis to go to these places as I will not have a car there (Im flying.) So unless there is a place in the Memphis airport or in Oxford I guess im not going to get to visit any tobacconists. Thanks for the suggestions, though, I will have to check those places out next time I drive through Memphis.
