Hello all, has anybody had any problems with these? I got a sampler pack of them from CI and have had about 3. I could only finish 1. Taste was just really "off" Maybe I just don't like it or something like that. What's the concensus on these? Maybe some age is needed? The ones I've tried are the Robusto Natural, Toro Maduro, Corona Grande Natural.

I got a bundle around January. They are ok. I'm letting the rest sit for a while. I don't even know if it will help. I got them pretty cheap and hand most of them out to friends and such. I had the robusto maduro's. They are good for the price to me.

I just like cigars, is that ok?

OK, I'll let them rest for a while. I was pretty disgruntled about them at first. Heck, my Don Elias Churchill 2-fer is smokin' these things right about now.

I had these same cigars a while back myself. They were ok out of the box and not much better with about 6 months of age on them. This is a cigar I will smoke if I have nothing better in the humidor.

I tried one and the "maduro" wrapper left a artificial stain on my fingers. That was it for me.

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."
