My B&M got a bunch of boxes of this in recently. I believe this is a limited series production so not sure how readily available. I have smoked most of the Cuban Classic and this one is definately the best. Draw and burn were perfect. Flavor was great throughout with some complexity throughout and a very nice sweet tobacco finish. I really enjoyed this cigar. If you can find it I would highly recommend it. Gave it a 92 and 93 on the two I have had.
Was it an actual lancero or was it the 1977 Petite Lancero? The 1977 is one of the regular sizes, but I have not seen it at my local shop. I bought the Don Pepin Lancero sampler which does have 2 of the black label cigars. I realy enjoyed the one that I smoked so I would be happy if I could get more.
