I ordered mine on 12/2. Haven't been billed for them and was just curious.
Also, ordered a free Torano from forever ago that I never received, but I did get the Montecristo from Atladis at end of November (should have posted that earlier).

I recieved my R&J last week. It took about 8 weeks after placing my order.

I ordered both the Romeo/Julieta and the Montecristo at early December. Received Montecristo before holidays. No word on Romeo y Julieta. Two more weeks before I give up on them.

Mine came in today! 01/18/2007. Funny thing is it took this thread to help me figure out why the heck this sticks showed up in mail. I just had no memory of ordering this, and the box didn't include any hint as to the details of the transaction. It did have a return label, but no real info there.

Wonders never cease. I finally received my RyJ today. Ordered early to mid December and I had pretty well given up on them. So it was a nice surprise. But still haven't gotten the Montecristo.

I got the Montecristo right after I ordered it, less than 2 weeks. I had given up on the R y J and forgot about em, but I just gone them in the mail today. Still waiting on the Torano. BTW, the R y J seemed really soft when I got them. Anybody else notice that?
I got my Quinteros fairly shortly after ordering (about 2 weeks). The Monte was right after that. The RyJ's were about 8 weeks out and the Torano is still waiting arrival in my humi.

Over the last couple of years I've had pretty good success with all of these samplers that have been offered.
I don't think I'm stating anything but the obvious, but signing up for these type of deals seems to be nothing more than a hit and miss exercise.
Some of the times my cigars arrive within days, sometimes within weeks, months, or not at all.......go figure.
I guess it depends on the timing of when we sign up.
If they're in stock we get them sooner or later. If they're out of stock we're out of luck.
I may be in error on this theory, but I can't think of any other reason why guys get their smokes quickly, why some get them after a long period of time, or why some guys don't get them at all.

They did pay for the sampler packs that were offered. Read the posts before showing your ignorance on the subject.
