Well I picked up a 5 pack of these a few weeks ago based on the strong CI rating. I must say the review is dead on in that these beauties produce a ton of smoke. The 2 I have smoked so far have also burned and drawn 100% perfect. Flavors are good as well. I would strongly recommend trying these if you have not.
BTW, Atlantic has the 5 pack on special for $36.

I just lit up a toro and it was marvelous. It smoked extremely cool and the cammy wrapper tasted beautiful. Bang for buck the Morados are great for a premium cigar. I gotta try a torp now.

I wanted to try one.

After being told by their own Black Pearl website that they would ship to me, their customer service disintegrate, going from merely unhelpful to substantially incompetent. Or maybe just arrogant. In any case, I now have a hard time getting past that personal experience no matter how good the cigar might be.

Although I will say that at one time I smoked quite a few of the Black Pearl Rojo and thought they were a pretty good cigar.

that sucks about the customer service. I too tried the Rojo first and was quite impressed especially for around $5. I know other places like Holts and Atlanticcigar have Morados. You don't need to go through their direct website.

Well I just smoked another from my 5 pack and once again I am extremely impressed. This cigar probably gives off more smoke which equates to alot of flavor, more so than any NC I have smoked. Burns and draws absolutely perfect and nice flavors throughout. I would say medium to full througout and its very nice tobacoo flavor.

Anyway Atlantic cigar still has the 5 pack at $36 which is a great deal for this cigar. Mine came in perfect condition. If you have not tried this cigar I would strongly suggest you do.

Don't let stubborness prevent you from trying a great smoke. Trust me.
