Place her flavored cigars in a Tupperware or a small cooler with a humidity device. If she does not like them you can clean out the Tupperware or cooler with hot water and soap. I would be very cautious placing flavored cigars in a humidor that I may later use for real cigars.

Doc is right. You could very well ruin your humidor that way, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with storing cigars in Tupperware. I picked up a few Javas for my wife. Maybe Rocky Patel owns the brand, but Drew Estate makes them. That, or the Drew Estate Naturals seem like the favored smokes among flavored cigar cognoscenti.

You'll never fully get the smell out of the humidor. Once the oils get into the wood, they are there to stay.
