For some medium bodied cigars, try some RP 1992's, Padron's, something like the Pepin JJ, Oliva G, maybe even try a V. Hard to really say because your medium might be my light, or some people may think of it as a full body. I don't like supper strong smokes but I've gotten into smokes with complex flavors. I like the Padron lines, Pepin Black Labels, Camacho 11/18, Tatuaje, Ashton VSG, etc.

I like the Grayclife Professionale, a wonderful, light to medium very flavorful cigar. The Oliva Series S, Fuente Hemingways, Davidoff Classic. If you want a mild to medium "island smoke" try El Rey del Mundo or Por Larranaga. One more domestic would be the Cabiguan Guapos by Pete Johnson and Pepin.

Medium body is tough right now because of the trend towards bolder and spicier cigars. Those listed so far a wonderful smokes.
I would suggest anything from the Carlos Torano line of smokes. You may also want to try La Riquieza (probably spelled that wrong...) which has wonderful flavor but very little pepper or spice.
