I'm a new guy on the forum, but I just received my sampler yesterday (took about 6 weeks),they were boxed up and sealed and looked good. they also are doing a Montecristo Platinum sampler. this can be found at montecristosportsoffer.com in case nobody has posted it already.

Are these online offers better price/time wise?
Is it about the same cost to go to the local humi club and buy the single sticks? I guess what I am asking is it worth waiting 6 weeks and taking the risk that they become jacked up in the process of shiping?

Blue,

I have seen RyJ for $4 a stick at the cheapest. $8 for 4 with no additional shipping is super in my book for a bargain.

that suppose to be a deal? ok... the last thing you'll find at cigar.com is a deal. price gouging to the max over there. I made the mistake of ordering something from them once...

I suppose. if you buy the mentioned cigars from them it'd be like getting the cutter and lighter for free. oh yea, and a nifty little gift box. So if Cigar.com is not good, what is prefered?

lol, we aren't allowed to talk about "sources" here. My suggestion is to go to a local shop that you build a relationship with. I'd just look around for places on the net that have the lowest prices...a couple to get started

www.seriouscigars.com
www.holts.com

looked up the pricing on those cigars
Monte white - roth - $7.35x2 = 14.70
Monte Plat Rob - $6.30x2 = 12.60
cigar.com purple label = throw in trash
so you're paying $13 for a piece of crap lighter and a piece of crap cutter

I guess it is a deal now that I wrote it all out...
