I ordered some and at the last minute changed my mine to a box of Torano 1916's instead. I wonder myself, just couldnt bring myself to order a blind box of those.

People aren't smoking cigars to be trendy, cool or stylish. They're smoking cigars because they like them. Because they enjoy the experience. Because for about $5 they can spend an hour sampling one of life's greatest luxuries.

I smoked one back in October, just after they came out. I've had other Don Lino cigars and have not though much of them but I remember liking this cigar quite alot. I have a 5 pack of the Tembo's on the way, should be good. If I remember correctly, CigarInsider rated these guys in the upper 80's, one or two of them scoring in the 90's.

Um, they're ok... they kind of remind me of a mellower JdN Antano. The Punda Milia is the best vitola IMO. I think I gave them an 88 or so. Not bad, but not super great. they are very earthy and nutty. Medium to full body. I've had construction issues with several (canoeing and partial plugs).

Right here folks!
Damn, you all are asking for my opinion on a smoke? I'm feeling better about myself already! Cool

I remember thinking that the smoke LOOKED like it ought to have been a winner, but it was nothing more than "okay"... The burn was fine, there was a good amount of smoke, but I kept wondering where all the flavor was. For a dark and appetizing looking smoke, it just didn't deliver for me.

The Don Lino Africa is a great stick. burns perfectly even...nice smooth thick smoke...with a great spicy finish...it is worth the 7 or 8 bucks.
